Pre-sale Service:
When the customers need to design schemes, please call us. Our design personnel will provide professional technical schemes for free based on the detailed investigation and study on the construction site and product design.

Installation And Debugging:
1. Our company will send professionals to conduct site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the schemes and the original manual. If there is any special situation, it is necessary to make changes of part installation scheme, we will coordinate with users. Our company will ensure the consistence of completion time and contracted time. If because of nature or other reason of users, the two parts will discuss and solve the problems.
2. Debugging standard: take the predetermined standards of the manual of our company.

Training:
Our company will train the users based on the manual, system use guide and maintenance guide. The training include system use, system maintenance and equipment protection

Maintenance:
1. Maintenance Principles: response in time, solve problems as soon as possible and ensure the use.
2. Maintenance Period: in the Maintenance period of the screen body, free of all maintenance charges; after maintenance period, only charge the material costs fees free of manual work fees.
3. Maintenance Scope: if the users find any problem that cannot be solved, please contact with Our company by phone and fax, we will response as soon as possible, and recover in 24 hours. In order to shorten the maintenance time, our company will deploy some spare parts such as power and chips etc. Under normal use and storage, our company will be responsible for the equipments. If there is any failure in product quality, Our company will maintain and change the components for free. In the maintenance period, if the equipment cannot work in a right way, users should hand in detailed written report to state the details of the problems.
4. After the completion of the project, we will conduct life maintenance of the system continuously and perfect the system and update the and software. For the hardware equipment, we only collect expenses on components.
5. After-Sale Service: regular maintenance, revisit, enquiry for comments, improvement.

Failure Analysis And Solutions
1.The whole screen doesn't light or appears pane
  • If the controlling host machinehas started
  • If the communication line is well plugged
  • If the sending card is well plugged
  • If the data line between the multi-media card and collecting card and sending card is well connected
  • Wrong switch location of receiving card JP1 or JP2
  • Open thehost machine
  • Plug well the communication line
  • Replugged the sending card
  • Connect the data line between the multi-media card and collecting card and sending card well
  • Adjust well the switch location of JP1 and JP2
2. Every time when starting LED studio, there is ahint: controlling system cannot be found The signal collecting line between COMport to sending card doesn't connect or the COMport of the computer is broken

Connect data line well or change computer

3. In the whole screen, the dataglitter or keep lighting every 16 lines Check the settings in LED studio

Open LED studio, open the debugging hardware setting password 168 system setting set the row sequence as +0 or +1

4. Whole screen pictures tingling or fringing
  • Check the communication line between the computer and large screen
  • Check the DVI line between multi-media card and sending card
  • Sending card is broken
  • Replug or change the communication line strengthen DVI line plug change sending card

Failure Analysis And Solutions
1. One unit panel do not light
  • If +5V electricity or GND supply
  • If +5V and GND are short circuit
  • If the OE signals of 138 no. 5 leg exists
  • If the OE signals which connected with 245 are normal (open circuit or short circuit)
  • Supply +5V electricity or GND
  • Cut the short-circuit part
  • Supply OE signal. Connect the open circuit partcut the short-circuit part
2. One unit panel upper half or lower half do not light or display unnormally
  • If the 5 th leg of OE signal of 138 exists
  • If the no. 11 and 12 leg signals of 74HC595 are normal (SCLK, RCK)
  • If the connected OE signals are normal, open circuit or short circuit
  • Double row pins and the signal of  SCLK, RCK connected with 245 are normal, open circuit or short circuit
  • Connect OE signal
  • Connect SCLK.RCK signal well
  • Connect the open circuit partcut the short-circuit part
3. One row of one unit panel or row of onecorresponding module do not light or display unnormally
  • Check if the pin of corresponding module row signal is cold welded or miss welding
  • Check if therow signal and TIP127 or 4953 correspondingpins are cut off or short circuit with other signals
  • Check if the up-and-down pull resistance ofrow signal do not weld or miss welding
  • If the 74HC138 outputrow signal and corresponding TIP127 or 4953 are cut off or short circuit with other signals
  • Weld well for the cold welding and miss welding part
  • Connect the open circuit part cut the short-circuit part
  • Weld the not welding part, weld well of the miss welding part
  • Connectwell the open circuit part,cut the short circuit part
4. One unit panel has tworows lightingat the same time. When displaying words, onerow is normal, anotherrow keeps lighting
  • Check if the module corresponding two rows of signals are short circuit
  • Check if the output leg of 138. Up-and-down pull resistance and module pins and the outputleg of TIP127 are shot circuit
  • Cut the short circuit part
5. Upper part or lower part, red or green don't light or not display normally
  • Check if the input row niddle feet are normal or short circuit with GND +5V
  • Check if the signals from input row niddles to 245 are normal, short circuit or open circuit.
